eCEcredits.com ("eCEcredits," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by Scott Angus, PharmD, RPh, is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and organizations that interact with our website and services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through ececredits.com (the "Site") and our business communications.
2. CE Content Licensing
eCEcredits.com provides CE course content to accredited CE platforms for licensing under their own ACPE provider numbers. eCEcredits.com does not process, collect, or store any learner data, CE completion records, or continuing education credit information. All learner data is the sole responsibility of the licensed CE platform operating under its own ACPE accreditation.
3. Information We Collect
Information You Provide. We collect information you voluntarily submit through the Site, including name, email address, job title, organization name, and any other information included in partnership inquiry forms or direct communications.
Automatically Collected Information. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs, through cookies and similar technologies including Google Analytics.
Business Communications. Information exchanged in emails, calls, or meetings related to licensing proposals is retained as part of our business records.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: respond to partnership inquiries and schedule discovery calls; prepare and deliver licensing proposals; fulfill licensing agreement obligations; improve the Site and our services; comply with legal obligations; and communicate updates relevant to existing or prospective licensing relationships.
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, nor do we sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share information with: service providers who assist in operating the Site (e.g., Netlify for hosting, Google Analytics for usage analysis), under confidentiality obligations; legal authorities when required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process; and successors in the event of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

The Site uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data for the purpose of improving site performance and understanding visitor behavior. Inquiry data from prospective partners who do not enter a licensing agreement is retained for no longer than 24 months.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is directed exclusively to business professionals and organizations in the healthcare continuing education industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
